    Software Engineering Team Lead

    About the Role:


    We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our talented engineering team in building and operating world-class data and AI infrastructure platform. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of full-stack engineers and subject matter experts focused on delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent. You will oversee sustained recruitment efforts, develop processes to implement product vision and strategy according to organizational goals and priorities. Additionally,
    you will build software that is not just high quality but easy to operate.


    You must have 2+ years of experience managing teams that build and operate systems in SaaS environments with 5+ years of experience with distributed systems. The role also requires scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+, adapting technical debt management including long-term architectural decisions balancing product roadmaps.
