National Sales Administrator to join our team.
What will you be doing?
The National Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the National Team with project management, scheduling and documentation.
The National Sales Administrator will work closely with our National & Local Service teams to ensure our customers are receiving prompt attention.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist national team with various sales and service functions
- Assist with customer preventive maintenance program management including dispatching, scheduling, organizing documentation
- Preparing quotes for new equipment and PM's
- Assist with project coordination including arranging freight, scheduling with customers and subcontractors
- Assist with customer analytics and data collection
- Constant communication with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Actively update contact details and company information when needed
- Maintaining database (Dynamics CRM)
- Follow up on existing service and preventative service estimates
- Participate in department meetings
- Daily customer portal updates
- Perform additional assignments and duties as requested and required

- Highly organized and able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently but as a part of a team
- Not afraid to ask questions to learn
- Eager to share ideas and look for opportunities to improve policies & procedures that will help company growth
- Flexible to departments changing requirements and needs
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
