We are presently on the hunt for a motivated, innovative and hard-working individual for the role of
Inside Sales Representative. This individual must be a leader and a team player who is ambitious and eager to learn.

The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The Inside Sales Representative role is a dynamic sales role that also keeps our eCommerce platform running smoothly and growing.

A great personality, the ability to think quickly, and the capacity to work well under tight deadlines are critical to success in this role.

The position is based in Toronto and is a full-time position with benefits.


What will be your role:


  • The marketing and promotion of Hexatronic Canada and its products and services to telecommunication companies and other sectors throughout Canada
  • Finding new customers/ cold calling
  • Identify and remember regular customers' purchasing habits and promote our products.
  • Forward customer leads to the outside sales team when applicable
  • Verify pricing and availability of the product
  • Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in the system
  • Prepare and process quotes, invoices
  • Collect payments for cash account orders
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in our systems
  • You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Requirements:


  • Experience in the telecommunications hardware, networking, and/or fiber optics sectors would be needed.
  • Analytically minded and processdriven; able to methodically approach and solve complex problems
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, ideally selling to B2B, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Working knowledge on how to run an ecommerce store.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great followthrough on tasks, even when multitasking. You don't get overwhelmed easily.

$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
