Job Title: Butter Processing Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee butter production in our processing department.

• Oversight of production quality and management of projects
• Providing technical direction to the team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering or Food Science is required, along with strong leadership skills and experience in a production leadership role preferably in the dairy industry. Additional qualifications include:

• Led teams responsible for producing high-quality products on time
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles
