EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS


We are looking for a Bilingual Project Administrator to join our global team of experts and work within a functional team that is responsible for providing project coordination and management services to ensure projects meet the company's Quality and Project Management standards and other requirements.

In this role, you will work with Project Managers on multiple projects, utilizing and contributing to the development of project management best practices.


On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Assist Project Managers with compliance with quality documentation and safety requirements
Facilitate meetings by scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and drafting meeting minutes
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and forecasting, including change and risk management
Provide support to Project Managers in developing and implementing document controls, communication protocols, and other project management systems
Assist Project Managers in financial management and invoice processing on projects

To do well in this position, we believe that you have great planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in a time-sensitive setting on multiple and competing deadlines.

You'll also pursue new insights and constantly explore new ways to improve while respecting our clients, your colleagues, the local community, and the planet we live on.


Furthermore, you should have:

A post-secondary education in engineering, business, project management, construction management, or related field
Effective written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish, including the proficient use of Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities together with the capacity to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and work with a variety of stakeholders
1-2 years' experience in a project support role in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry (considered an asset)
