Your future duties and responsibilities


The Optimization and Continuous Improvement (OAC) team is responsible for optimizing processes within the CSP to continue delivering quality service to our clients while considering their ongoing growth.

As a Project Manager in the OAC team, your responsibilities include:

Representing different CSP sectors and actively participating in various working committees and agile ceremonies
Identifying internal procedure needs, modifying existing ones, or creating new ones within OAC projects
Analyzing operational and client impacts and making recommendations
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success
Proposing process optimization and improvement initiatives for CSP business processes
Coordinating deployment efforts and monitoring project performance according to stakeholder expectations
Keeping management informed of overall project progress.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
University degree in a field related to the position or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Familiarity with project planning tools, banking, and payroll domains
Minimum of three years of relevant project management experience
Project management expertise
Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and Agile context
Proficiency in change management, communication, and writing
Leadership skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (essential).
