Here's What You'll Be Doing:
The role of the General Manager:
- The success of this role relies on sustaining long term profitability through team morale, employment standards, guest satisfaction, the development in the skills of all crew and managers within the restaurant and achieving financial targets and performance goals.
This Is What You'll Need:
- _3 to 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager and love leading large teams_
- A degree OR diploma in the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry or related field is a definite asset
- Positive attitude and ability to work 50+ hours per week.
- Food handlers certificate
- Smart Serve Certified
- First Aid Certification is an asset
- Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset
- Reliable transportation
