  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Windows Server, Linux & MAC platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cuttingedge infrastructures
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven problemsolving skills
  • Collaborative attitude, Commitment to customer success
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge in PKI or certificate security solutions
  • ITIL or PMP Certification
  • 3+ years of Customer Success/Project Management/Technical Account Management experience in SaaS organization

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$40.00-$45.00 per hour
