    Our client is a premier provider of energy-efficient home services, specializing in window and door replacements, heating and cooling system upgrades, insulation improvements, and airtight home sealing. Dedicated to enhancing the comfort and energy efficiency of our clients' homes, are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, providing support to our installation teams, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.


    Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

    Coordinate project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion of installations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for installation teams, providing support and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the installation.

  • Qualifications:

    Proven experience in project coordination or construction management, preferably in the windows and doors installation industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with construction methods and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
  • Location: Woodbridge, Ontario
