Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk.

As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Process all extended warranty claims for Bel-Air Toyota and Bel-Air Lexus
Follow up with all claims and ensure that the manufacturer receives the correct information within the appropriate deadlines
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:

Previous experience in a Automotive dealership or warranty role is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Proficiency in office softeware
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
