TITLE:
Customer Compliance (Security) Specialist


SCOPE
Preparation of responses to Customers' security questionnaires, including as necessary, collection and vetting of evidence.


DUTIES

  • Prepare Customer security questionnaire responses.
  • Collect and vet responses and associated evidence.
  • Coordinating audit/security assessments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Must Have:


  • 1 or more years in an information security role
  • Experience in completing security questionnaires
  • Broad knowledge of industry best practices for information security

Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with service organization audit standards (e.g., SOC 2) and reports
  • Experience with OneTrust's Questionnaire Response Automation tool

Soft Skills:


  • Critical thinking
  • Strong written communication skills
