TITLE:
Customer Compliance (Security) Specialist
SCOPE
Preparation of responses to Customers' security questionnaires, including as necessary, collection and vetting of evidence.
DUTIES
- Prepare Customer security questionnaire responses.
- Collect and vet responses and associated evidence.
- Coordinating audit/security assessments.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Must Have:
- 1 or more years in an information security role
- Experience in completing security questionnaires
- Broad knowledge of industry best practices for information security
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with service organization audit standards (e.g., SOC 2) and reports
- Experience with OneTrust's Questionnaire Response Automation tool
Soft Skills:
- Critical thinking
- Strong written communication skills
