Job summary

The Nova Scotia Regulator of Dentistry and Dental Assisting (NSRDDA) is seeking a Complaints and Investigations Coordinator to support the complaint investigation process. The role requires strong organizational skills, commitment to fairness and transparency, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Fielding inquiries from members of the public.
  • Assisting potential complainants in determining whether the complaint process is appropriate.
