We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. No Insurance Industry experience required

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
- Prepare notes and documents as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness_
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed_
Punjabi speaking an asset

Salary:
$30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
