Join the Marketing and Client Experience team, which manages and delivers reusable multi-channel services to coordinate and execute communications and promotional offers for our clients.

Your role

  • Convert highlevel business needs into technical solutions while ensuring communication with business partners throughout the development phases
  • Support various partners in their approach to business and IT solutions
  • In connection with agile methodologies, draft detailed functional analyses, validate them with the business partners, explain them to developers, and ensure that they're being implemented properly
  • Advise partners by offering alternative solutions and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of existing systems
  • Carry out functional tests and help the test team develop and complete acceptance testing of the developed solutions
  • Diagnose, carry out, coordinate and solve problems to ensure the smooth functioning of solutions
  • Design and support the development of solutions so that they meet the required functional and technical standards
  • Provide secondlevel technical support to Operations to solve production problems and ensure support to users
  • Adapt to constantly evolving technologies and be curious and bold when suggesting new ideas for solutions
  • Learn and implement new methodologies to help achieve the organization's objectives

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration or the equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience as a functional analyst
  • Experience in a banking environment, an asset
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to collaborate well and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in developing API, Java microservices, an asset
  • Relevant knowledge of data integration or data management solutions, an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when working in a team and with business partners
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, as you will do business with partners across Canada.
