Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relations
- follow up with overdue accounts, create payment plans, and assist with other general inquiries

  • Work with clients who have delinquent accounts to come to resolution
  • Managing repossessions/ resale of equipment
- organizing seizure and re-sale of equipment for best price

  • Small Claims filing when necessary
  • General Admin duties including
- filing, organizing, maintaining good records


Requirements:


  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to work with team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think fast
  • Good people skills / customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$23.00-$27.00 per hour
