POSITION SUMMARY**:


  • We are looking for security guard concierge personnel for highend condominium sites in Downtown Toronto. Fulltime and parttime positions available. One (1) year condominium experience required. If you have a valid Ontario Security Guard license and a passion for customer service, we want to meet you

‪POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide access control to the condominium
  • Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
  • Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
  • Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
  • Undertake sitespecific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
  • Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decisionmaking ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
  • Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
  • Maintain meticulous record keeping and report writing

‪POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be comfortable working around animals such as dogs and cats
  • Must be available for 8 12 hour shifts in the afternoons & evenings
  • Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
  • Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
  • Eligibility to work fulltime, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
