Recruitment Specialist for Therapy Practice NEEDED

About UsWe're a fast-growing, mission-driven therapy practice transforming how men experience mental health care. We help men heal from emotional disconnection, relational wounds, and performance pressures.
Our team blends therapy with structured client programs and cutting-edge operations. We're looking for a Healthcare HR who can be the backbone of our HR processes.
The Role
This is a part-time (20 hrs/week) remote position, working 9–1 EST.
What You'll Do
- Post job ads (Indeed, Upwork, etc.) and screen applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for new hires.
- Onboard new staff (contracts, Slack setup, training guides).
- Track therapist KPIs, hours, and performance.
- Manage invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate team meetings and prepare agendas.
- Strong English communication skills (written + verbal).
- Experience in HR (therapy/healthcare background preferred).
- Techsavvy with Slack, Google Workspace, and GHL (GoHighLevel).
- Organized, detailoriented, and proactive.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in HR (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and hit deadlines.
- $12 - $20/hour capped at part-time hours (20 hrs/week).
Performance-based bonuses tied to:
- Hiring "A Players" who drive company revenue and operational success.
- Fully remote position.
- Must be available 9–1 EST (parttime).
