Role Description:


The provision of high-quality and integrated patient-facing programs is the foundation of ICHA's work in the community and of health systems more broadly.

The Director of Program Development and Integration at ICHA is an important leadership position, central to the successful delivery of ICHA's mission, vision and strategic priorities.

This position reports to the Executive Operations Officer, and works in close collaboration with ICHA's clinical Program Directors and Leads in a dyadic leadership model that recognizes and values the distinct and complementary value that each partner brings.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Strategy and Planning

  • Work with all Program Directors and Leads to promote alignment of ICHA programs to multiyear strategy.
  • Participate as a member of ICHA's Strategic Leadership Committee (SLC) and as a coChair of the Operational Leadership Committee (OLC).
  • Provide advice and support to ICHA executive leadership on strategic positioning.
  • Act as a key point of liaison between ICHA's clinical programs and operations teams and identify opportunities for improved service provision.

Program Coordination and Development

  • Support coordination, development and alignment of ICHA's patientfacing programs.
  • Promote integrated program planning, management, delivery and performance measurement in alignment with ICHA's strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for effective integration and coordination of ICHA programs, and work with clinical leaders to plan and implement these.
  • Oversee a team of managers and coordinators with dyadic reporting accountabilities to Program Directors and Leads.

Partnerships and Sector alignment

  • Support the strengthening of ICHA's role as a system leader through internal and external partnershipbuilding and represent ICHA at regional and subregional leadership tables.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to align ICHA and partner services for the benefit of people experiencing homelessness.
  • Monitor key provincial policies and priorities and provide advice to ICHA executive leadership team on alignment opportunities for ICHA.
  • Provide expert advice and direction to ICHA leadership on compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including privacy, accountability and integration.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline (public administration, business/operations management, social sciences, public health or related field), or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience in the homelessness sector sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Strong knowledge of provincial healthcare policies, priorities and regulations, including integration of care delivery, privacy, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong software and tech abilities.
  • Management experience including leadership, administration, supervision of staff, program development/evaluation, risk management.
  • Experience with strategic planning in addition to creating and executing multiyear roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator and skilled crossfunctional communicator.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to lead managers and coordinators.
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment while maintaining a focus on high level deliverables.
  • Knowledge and experience of healthcare data and analytics.

$120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
