    UAP is looking for an Operational Compliance Coordinator

    You will provide advisory services and support to NAPA, CMAX, Traction and Altrom Corporate Stores. Through regular audits, you will assess and help to find root causes of operational deficiencies and provide guidance on possible solutions based on our guidelines to protect company assets. Collaborating closely with the regional team of operations managers, you will be a strong support for all operational process implementation and ongoing store success.

    Your main responsibilities :

    • Ensure SOP policy and Store Operating procedures and store Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed.
    • Conduct store assessments to understand the non-compliance issues and provide support.
    • Clearly communicate all Operational and Health & Safety guidelines. Prepare different reports based on the assessment.
    • Communicate with operations manager and/or managers involved to improve any needed situations.
    • Create accountability at store and district levels to minimize repeat deficiencies.
    • Provide guidance and based on results of the assessments. Coordinator will provide training and support to the key members of the store team to solve any identified issues.
    • Provide support and training to the District Operations Managers and continue to monitor to ensure continued success.
    • Complete pre and post inventory spot checks in compliance with SOX guidelines
    • Work with Operations Managers and Stores to solve unique operations issues according to UAP Store policy guidelines.
    Qualifications

    To join our team, you need:

    • College diploma in administration or equivalent and/or 5 years store operations management
    • Experience in inventory and automotive aftermarket an asset.
    • Understanding financial statements and budgeting.
    • Bilingual English French, as you will be regularly working with colleagues across Canada.
    • Traveling necessary 70% of the time
