We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Car-Pro Auto Service in Bible Hill.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair.

Your exceptional customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and sales abilities will contribute to providing an outstanding experience for our valued customers.

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document them
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs
• Generate accurate estimates for labor, parts, and time needed for repairs
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customer needs
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Reliable, shows up to work
• Previous life or work experience with automotive
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for generating estimates and invoices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

• Cash handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Mechanic: Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics to effectively communicate with technicians.
