Job Title:
Program Advisor / Facilitator - Innovation Programming
In anticipation of expanding our programming and support, CEED is recruiting a Program Advisor/Facilitator to join our team.

If you are passionate about supporting and strengthening Canada's entrepreneurial ecosystem, creating opportunities for new and existing entrepreneurs, and have an innovative and service mindset, we want to hear from you.

CEED's programming supports a diverse group of entrepreneurs with venture development opportunities from ideation, business modelling, and business planning to scale and growth of established ventures.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

Self-awareness and a continuous learning mindset
A demonstrated ability advise clients and build effective, inclusive and ethical client relationships
A demonstrated ability to form productive connections and coalitions with clients, partners, and coworkers.
A demonstrated ability to learn and use technology. Specifically, CRM, Office 365, and various remote working tools

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field
General knowledge of current business trends
A solid willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
Strong facilitation experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Practical written and oral communication skills
Experience with networking and outreach.
Experience working in a crosscultural environment.
Relevant experience working with entrepreneurs as a business coach/advisor (35 years)

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and RRSP matching. A typical workweek is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is dependent upon program funding availability.
