Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand promotion
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
- Basic photography skills for capturing visual content
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic video editing skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Pay:
$20.00-$33.00 per hour
