The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for
Carpenter-Service Technician with commercial carpentry experience to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone with a broad knowledge and experience in carpentry (preferably commercial construction) to come into an environment where you are working autonomously and trusted to do the job, supporting the site supervision team to maintain the progress of both Reotech and sub-trades scopes by completing any required carpentry and labour tasks for the project.


Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will spend their day at sites within the lower mainland, working on small projects, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects.

A good majority of the sites are occupied spaces as we specialize in Tenant Improvements.


Your key responsibilities will Include:

  • Travelling to various project sites.
  • Drywall repairs and painting.
  • Installation of doors, flooring, Tbar ceiling, windows, washroom accessories, door hardware, wood backing etc.
  • Minor wood & steel stud framing.
  • Deficiency repairs to new builds
  • Other duties as assigned

  • To start, you will need your own vehicle with the potential of a company vehicle being assigned.
  • Hand tools expected to be supplied by applicant
  • Good knowledge of the lower mainland, specifically the downtown core
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Able to commute to our head office / shop in Coquitlam daily
  • CSA approved safety footwear
