Sous le mandat du directeur d'usine et du gestionnaire du service à la clientële, et en collaboration avec le chef d'quipe du service à la clientële Le/la représentant(e) du service à la clientelle est responsable de la gestion des taches suivantes :

- Recevoir les commandes des clients ou des Représentants des ventes ; saisir les commandes , traiter les paiements
- et transférer les commandes à l'équipe logistique.
