Description

The Role of Customer Service Representative is responsible for

  • Maintaining open communication between JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners and the Brand Standards and Service Department
  • Receiving and handling inbound customer calls and requests
  • Performing outbound calls to our current customers for feedback and service audits
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Identify service concerns and provide potential solutions to customers to help ensure service satisfaction
  • Ability to be flexible as priorities may shift throughout the day
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality protocols
  • Entering new accounts into the system and ensuring customer information is updated and accurate
  • Scheduling onsite visits for: New Account Starts, Service Concerns and Inspections for Brand Standards and Service Department
  • Scheduling potential franchisees for information presentations
  • Organizing and scheduling special service requests with customers and service providers
  • Assist customers and Business Owners with supply order requests
  • Work closely with Sales and Accounting departments to ensure accurate customer billing
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our office
  • A keen ability to stay organized and prioritize the important tasks
  • At least 1+ year in a Customer Service, or related position
  • Exceptional customer service skills and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English (knowledge of a second language is always an asset)
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with ability to work with others
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Detail-Orientated
  • Proficiency with computers particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Postsecondary diploma, or equivalent preferred

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
