Description
The Role of Customer Service Representative is responsible for
- Maintaining open communication between JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners and the Brand Standards and Service Department
- Receiving and handling inbound customer calls and requests
- Performing outbound calls to our current customers for feedback and service audits
- Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
- Identify service concerns and provide potential solutions to customers to help ensure service satisfaction
- Ability to be flexible as priorities may shift throughout the day
- Ability to maintain confidentiality protocols
- Entering new accounts into the system and ensuring customer information is updated and accurate
- Scheduling onsite visits for: New Account Starts, Service Concerns and Inspections for Brand Standards and Service Department
- Scheduling potential franchisees for information presentations
- Organizing and scheduling special service requests with customers and service providers
- Assist customers and Business Owners with supply order requests
- Work closely with Sales and Accounting departments to ensure accurate customer billing
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our office
- A keen ability to stay organized and prioritize the important tasks
- At least 1+ year in a Customer Service, or related position
- Exceptional customer service skills and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English (knowledge of a second language is always an asset)
- Professional and friendly demeanour with ability to work with others
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Detail-Orientated
- Proficiency with computers particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Postsecondary diploma, or equivalent preferred

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
