We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Co-op student for the Fall 2023 period.

This role is based in our plant in Scarborough, Ontario.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Build new drawings for pressure testing caps, gonogo gauges
Updating current spec sheets
Build AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings for QC test equipment
Update QC spec sheets with SolidWorks or AutoCAD drawings
Build plant layout which includes, but is not limited to fire extinguisher locations
Develop with the help of production SOPs & work instructions and HSE Coordinator LOTO (lock out tag out) procedures
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required

Requirements:

Current enrollment in college or university
Proficient with numbers and technical proficiency
Excellent organizational skills and diligent
Proficient in using MS Office Products
Demonstrates high attention to detail, organization, problemsolving, partnership, and presentation skills
Team player with excellent communication skills to complement strong problemsolving abilities
Driven, structured, resultsoriented student with a positive & professional demeanor
Past Co-Op experience in a manufacturing environment would be useful
