Detailed Description:

As a digital marketing lead, you have experience and expertise in taking strategic opportunities and breaking them down into actionable steps to drive results.

You'll learn about key business drivers for EECOL, working closely with category owners and SMEs to plan, execute (using comfortable making data-backed recommendations and taking action to test, learn, improve and test again, report on KPIs, and, ultimately, be responsible for the success of digital marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities

Implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Create campaign landing pages to support online and/or offline programs.
Build an engaging and alwaysfresh web presence in collaboration with ecommerce, marketing, category, design and development teams.
Confidently speak to performance realities and and clearly articulate shifts in strategy/ approach to maximize performance.
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting the digital marketing industry.
Basic knowledge of SEO, paid search, paid social and display advertising an asset.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customercentric focus and commitment to quality. Clear, regular communication to keep projects on track.

_Required Experience:
_

2+ years of experience overseeing and managing the entire scope of digital marketing from strategy development to execution to analysis Post secondary education or relevant work experience focused on eCommerce and/or communications and/or Marketing
_

Required Skills:
_

Experience with CRM and content management systems.
Experience in ecommerce, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing an asset
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools, with experience in Marketing KPIs and dashboard development considered a strong asset
Expertise in written and verbal skills to help support the content
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
