    Atteindre les objectifs du projet (delai, portee, cout, qualite) a la satisfaction du client, dans le respect des regles et reglementations internes et externes.
    -Definir, mettre en uvre et diriger une equipe/organisation de projet tout au long des phases du projet, y compris des personnes provenant d'autres fonctions (organisations matricielles).
    -Veiller a l'integration efficace des enseignements tires.
    -Assurer une gestion active des risques, des opportunites et des contrats (internes ou externes).
    -Assurer une gestion efficace des partenaires et des fournisseurs.
    -Le titulaire de ce poste doit etre conscient des risques potentiels en matiere de conformite et s'engager a agir avec integrite, ce qui constitue le fondement du succes, de la reputation et de la croissance durable de l'entreprise.
