Responsibilities:
As a Financial and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and financial tasks for seven business accounts, including:
Handling vendor accounts payable entries, reconciliation, and payment processes.

Managing customer accounts receivable entries, invoice distribution, and reconciliation.

Conducting bank account reconciliation and overseeing WSIB, HST, Payroll, and Corp Tax remittance.

Assisting external accounting firm with Year End preparations and entries.

Processing bi-weekly payroll, managing payroll journal entries, new hire procedures, exit ROEs, and employee benefit reconciliation.

Handling all bank deposits.


Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar office management role, including financial tasks.

Proficiency in using accounting software, specifically Sage 50, is a must.


Duties Include:
Supervising and overseeing daily office operations.

Preparation and review of financial statements (basic financial oversight).

Conducting account analysis and reconciliation for accuracy verification.

Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.

Processing payroll in compliance with relevant regulations.

Utilizing accounting software (Sage 50) to record and monitor basic financial transactions.


Requirements:

Proven track record in a similar role.

Strong grasp of basic accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Proficiency in using accounting software, specifically Sage 50.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
