    About the Position

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can effectively prepare and portion food items in accordance with production requirements.

    • Food Preparation:

    In this position, you will be responsible for preparing all food items using prep lists and standardized recipes. You must maintain accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness. Proper handling of leftover foods is crucial; cover, label, date, and accurately store according to established standards. Additionally, you will ensure clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas are maintained throughout the shift. This includes cleaning kitchen equipment at the end of each day.
