Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to the Hostel/Residential Staff in accordance with established policies and procedures including Collective Agreement, Employment Standards and payroll procedures.
• Schedule conduct and document supervision Conduct Performance Reviews and Evaluations Chair team meetings Provide back-up support to these positions and their functions as required Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Shelter Ensure clients receive proper client care while relating to the Program Staff Ensure all Incident Reports are completed reviewed documented put necessary notations on client's file as needed Assist with monitoring disciplinary penalty assessments imposed on clients To oversee monthly Resident meetings Read daily logbooks make necessary follow-up Liaise hospitals other community service agencies coordinate discharges shelter Participate development planning coordination programming activities special events conjunction Director Provide leadership supervision coaching mentoring New Hope Leslieville Frontline Workers following Employment Standards payroll procedures Support team providing system implementation enhanced case management model utilizing Housing First Outcomes Star Critical Time Intervention Schedule conduct document supervision Conduct performance reviews evaluations Chair Team Client Review meetings Ensure supervision provided meet
