This position will focus on supporting theWorkday system implementation, HRIS & compensation analysis and administration.
The person in this role will play a key role in the implementation of Workday across the organization and ongoing collaboration with key stakeholders.
The role requires commitment to initiating and implementing continual improvements while providing solutions/guidance for stakeholder's utilization of Workday.Key job components include system configuration, testing, and deploying new features to support new HCM process improvements and core compensation programs.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders for the initial implementation of the Workday systemand ongoing support
- Researching and proposing solutions to improve our HCM configuration following initial implementation
- Serving as the key contact to HR and internal stakeholders for level one support of the HCM and system training
- Configuring and maintaining key business processes under the HCM system including compensation elements at a global scale (allowance plans, compensation packages, job profiles, etc.)
- Supporting the Global Manager, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems with several projects and market research for competitive data
- Responsible for testing compensation and HCM related Workday releases
- Performing required maintenance of the Workday HCM
- Manage standard reporting, dashboards and Workday analytics, developing standardized reports to be used on an ongoing basis
- Support organization with ongoing Workday training and HRIS demo sessions for the business and HR teams
Minimum required knowledge/experience:
- 3+ years of Workday HCM and compensation
- HCM business process configuration on a global scale
- Security configuration in Workday
- Deep knowledge configuring custom reports and handling large data sets
- Maintaining data integrity across enterprise HR systems and conducting audits
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
Additional experience that would be an asset:
- 1+ years of Project Management Experience
- HR systems implementation experience
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles through requirements gathering, go live and closing of the cycle
