Position Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience and passion for Solid Waste Services to join our Inside Sales Team as representative.

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, eager, target driven individual to add to our sales team in our manufacturing/specialty blending of new and reclaimed industrial oils and lubricants division.

This unique division focuses on our exclusive oil reclamation process, designed to maintain customers' oil at peak performance and meet exacting specifications.

Our key customers are in the industrial/manufacturing segments and our reclamation process allows us to help our customers minimize environmental impact and risk, control inventory, improve quality, and control costs.

The focus of the role is multi-faceted with seeking out new customers/business, building existing services, ensuring quality service, and meeting performance standards.

Responsibilities:


  • B2B prospecting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (an asset)
  • Produce quotations and service agreements.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to achieve requested objectives.
  • Respond diligently to customer requests.
  • Guide customers through the selection of our services.

Qualifications:


  • The position requires 1+ B2B sales experience.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in the solid waste industry is considered an asset.
  • Perfect command of French and English preferred
  • Professional diploma in sales consulting, ASP in Representation
  • Good interpersonal skills, leadership and team spirit
  • Good analytical skills and ability to back up convictions.
