We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive.

You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who works hard to achieve your sales targets while collaborating with your colleagues for team success.

Please note that this role is based in either Toronto, ON or New York City, NY.


What you will be doing:
As a Senior Account Executive - Mid-Market at Creyos, you will:

  • Deliver on sales targets by managing a pipeline of mid-market opportunities driven through your own prospecting activities as well as leads passed from Marketing and Business Development.
  • Nurture prospective clients through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and negotiate midmarket level proposals and contracts. Stay on top of internal and external stakeholders to drive deals to close.
  • Take ownership of your book of business, including:
  • documenting the buying criteria;
- documenting the buying process;
- documenting next steps and owners and;
- ensuring pipeline accuracy based on data and evidence.

  • Contribute to root cause analyses on wins/losses.
  • Communicate lessons learned and key insights to the team, working with Customer Success, Marketing and Product.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Creyos Health product by being the voice of the customer and contributing product ideas internally.
  • Work closely with Marketing to leverage messaging, events, and collateral to drive sales.
  • Utilize Salesforce as the ultimate source of truth to track all communications, next steps, and deal information to report to Sales Leadership and Executive Leadership.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience at a healthtech organization and/or prospecting into mid-market healthcare accounts.
  • 35 years of progressive sales experience within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • 2+ years of midmarket level selling & closing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to overachieve quotas in past roles.
  • Strong drive and work ethic.
  • Proven experience strategically utilizing multiple channels to generate high quality opportunities.
  • Experience prospecting, hunting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Desire to be part of building something that is changing and improving patient care.
  • Experience working with physician groups in behavioral health, mental health, neurology, or primary care would be a strong plus.
