Work Hard Supervisor
to join our team in Hawkesbury, ON

The basic function of the Site Supervisor / Working Foreman is to provide overall onsite leadership, management and direction of the construction projects assigned to him/her and to enforces company and project policies to successfully deliver all projects, safely, in accordance to plans and specifications and within the promised budgets and timelines.

The Site Supervisor / Working Foreman will be required to act as a working foreman in the function of his/her duties.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Requires a minimum of ten 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Project Manager for a construction / renovation or restoration company.
Have expert knowledge in various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other construction / technical documents.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction personnel such as laborers, carpenters, electricians, etc.

Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards in quality, quantity, and budgeted for by the client.
Inspect work sites during the course of day to ensure that they meet project requirements and contract specifications.
Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
Maintain onsite equipment such as power tools, saws, etc. and make necessary repairs timely.
