Description
Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils. Occasionally tasked with simple prep jobs.

The Dishwasher is in charge of closing and opening the dish pit (often times it is one or the other), as well as passing on chemical information to the chef (i.e.

when we are low on a chemical for the dish pit)


Pay:
$15.20-$17.00 per hour
