Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations as well as building blueprints, specifications, and additional contract documents.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
• Installation of wood blocking/backing, completing building layout, installing door and window frames, decks, railings, doors and hardware, staircases, framing walls, minor drywall work, cabinet installation, etc.
• Coordinate and cooperate with subtrades to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with general labor duties as required including, but not limited to: snow removal or digging when necessary, loading and unloading material, cleanup and general maintenance, maintaining a tidy jobsite.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while on the job, including wearing proper safety clothing and gear.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.

WORK CONDITIONS:

• This role is physically demanding. You will often have to work with power tools, lift heavy materials, and kneel or crouch for long periods of time.
