Responsibilities:


  • Offers preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and all other legal documents pertaining to deals and listings in CREA Webforms
  • Broker Load input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc.
  • Reporting all deals to head office through the internal portal
  • Scanning and filing, keeping detailed records of all activity concerning listings and deals from prelist to post completion
  • Communicating with lawyers and other Brokerages
  • Answering telephones
  • Ordering supplies
  • Paying office bills
  • Booking advertising


  • Social media management

  • Facebook/Instagram posts
  • Managing/organizing expense receipts and statements
  • Welcoming new clients

Programs Used:
Matrix (RAHB & TREB), Webforms, GeoWarehouse, DocuSign, Showing Time, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, showingtime

This is a smaller, positive boutique office with various duties plus potential for higher income
