Description

Scope:
To work in an apprenticeship position at the Division with a certified Electrician.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:
OSSD and/or Pre-apprenticeship Certificate, Techniques Certificate is required.

Experience
:1-2 year's previous apprenticeship experience, 2-5 years' experience, preferably working in an automotive or a manufacturing environment. Willing to work with heights. Able to read basic electrical schematics. Be familiar with equipment lockout, tag out procedures. Basic PLC control.

Responsibilities:

Treat everyone with dignity, trust and respect
Complete duties and tasks as assigned by

Repair and maintain all equipment and machines within the building to ensure efficient, safe operation of the equipment with the shortest downtown.

Interact with maintenance personnel to exchange technical information to facilitate in troubleshooting and repair process.
Complete work orders as required
Follow the Company's Safety rules and Plant
Comply with the designated IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 responsibilities, Health &Safety (H&S) rules and practices, Hanon Systems EFP Canada Ltd policies, procedures and practices
Understand and adhere to the guidelines and policies as described in the Company's Employee Handbook.
Works under strict supervision and follows all safety precautions and
