Exam Review Coordinator is required to start 15 minutes prior to the opening of the Student Affairs Office, and will end 15 minutes after closing of the Student Affairs Office.


Responsibilities (but not limited to): Under the supervision of the Student Affairs Manager, supports the SAO with the Exam Review Period.

The Exam Review Coordinator must be present during the work hours listed above. The coordinator will work closely with the SAO team ensuring the smooth running of the exam review period.

The coordinator sees to the distribution and return of all graded course material provided to students for viewing according to Faculty procedures and regulations.

The following are some key tasks required of the Exam Review Coordinator:

  • Collect and track submitted graded course materials from instructors. Follow up with instructors as necessary.
  • Organize the graded course material in the examination room to ensure easy access and location. Places exams in ALPHA order.
  • The Exam Review Coordinator is located at the front counter of the SAO and collects requests from students to view graded course material from Winter 2019.
  • For hard copy viewing, retrieve student McGill id card, locates course material, hands over to student for review. (Student must leave McGill ID card.)
  • Must keep track of all graded course material handed out to students.
  • Upon return of course material from student, returns student McGill Id card. Return course material to exam room.
  • Tasks must be performed professionally and ethically, with the boundaries of McGill University ethics policy, and in accordance with the Information and Protection of Privacy Act hrs per week.

Qualifications Required:

  • Good reading & writing comprehension of both French and English.
  • Must have a strong ability to exercise tact and attention to detail.
  • Not open to currently registered undergraduate Law students, currently registered LLM

Qualités requises:
