BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Quinte Assessment and Treatment Group Inc.
$100 an hour, Full Time or Part Time Contract
We are in immediate need of a Clinical Supervisor to conduct behavioural assessments, design individualized programming and behaviour plans, and provide ongoing supervision, training, and evaluation of Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Independent Contractor establishes own schedule with clients working as many hours as desired
- Provide services through a mix of virtual and inperson sessions
- Assess clients using ABLLS, VB-MAPP and AFLS and write individual service plans and progress reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor client intervention programming for young children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities.
- Provide clinical training and supervision to Instructor Therapists who implement IBI/ABA Programs in home and school settings.
- Train parents/caregivers and coordinate services with other service providers
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Master's degree in Psychology, ABA or related field and working toward BCBA certification.
- Registration or eligible for certification with Ontario Autism Program (OAP) as a clinical supervisor for behavioural interventions
- Experience working with Senior Therapists and/or Instructor Therapists with special needs children
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm in working intensively with children, youth and their families
- Driver's licence, vehicle, and willingness to travel
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check
