Job Summary:


Essential Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service/support to all offices. Problem solve all issues related to statistical data or billing in order to resolve customer issues timely.
  • Collaborate with internal departments in order to meet customer needs; Region Development, Accounts Receivable, etc.
  • Analyze / reconcile all statistical data/billing discrepancies identified by offices/regional services. Generate financial reports that are clear and easily understood based on the specific requests from customers.
  • Input and manage Sales Associate demographic information and statistical data relative to associate commissions, office transactions and volumes provided by RE/MAX Offices in a given territory, in a specific timeframe.
  • Properly account for all Franchise Income orders to ensure revenue is recognized accordingly.
  • Manage additional projects and tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask and prioritize workload

  • None

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
