Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a two Maintenance Planners on a permanent basis at the Co-op Refinery Complex located in Regina, SK.

This exciting opportunity works collaboratively with others in the organization and planning of maintenance activities across the refinery complex.


What you'll do:


  • Develop work plans for maintenance activities including budget and labour estimates, material and tool requirements, and detailed work assignment for trade groups.
  • Adjust work plans based on feedback received from trades groups upon execution of work orders.
  • Organize repair, preventative, predictive and outsources maintenance activities.
  • Document and archive maintenance procedures and work plans that promote quality, economical maintenance work.

Who you'll work with:

You will work closely with fellow Maintenance Planners and will report into the Senior Maintenance Planner. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, productivity, and accountability.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

  • Have 6 to 9 years working in an industrial setting with exposure to planning.
  • Have a 2year Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate. Experience in an industrial trade considered an asset.
  • Are familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
