    Pixie is an international IT staffing firm with a strong European footprint.

    We are launching Pixie Canada and are looking for a revenue-driven leader to build the business nationwide.

    This role is for someone who wants to own a market, drive sales, and scale fast.

    Your Mission

    You are fully accountable for launching, selling, and scaling Pixie Canada.

    You will:

    • Define and execute the Canadian go-to-market strategy
    • Win new clients in the IT contract staffing space
    • Personally close key deals and set the sales standard
    • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment & sales team
    • Own P&L, revenue growth, and long-term scaling

    This is a sales-first leadership role - strategy follows results.

    Who You Are

    • Strong background in IT staffing / contract recruitment
    • Deep understanding of the Canadian recruitment market
    • Proven history of new business wins and revenue growth
    • Existing network in tech, consulting, or staffing
    • Fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
