The Executive Assistant - Vice President, Programs and Services Office provides reliable, timely, and detail-oriented

administrative support to the Vice President, Programs and Services in achieving excellence across the Programs and

Services department. Working collaboratively with other members of the Programs and Services department to support

strategic initiatives, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, complete reports, and present findings, will be

demonstrated through proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, client record databases, quality tools and

creative presentation software, and maintaining organized documentation that is accessible, shared, and transparent.

What You Will Do (Position Summary)

  • Compiling, analyzing and correlating data and other information for reports and/or to prepare for presentation
to management

  • Attending and actively supporting meetings with the Vice President, Programs and Services, department senior
management and the overall department's management team

  • Supporting survey instrument development and interviewing of key stakeholders at visits to Programs and
Services sites

  • Developing and designing presentations with engaging and accessible presentation material
  • Structuring the organizing and tracking of projects, tasks, and activities for the Vice President, Programs and
Services Office

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Supporting the scheduling and protection of the Vice President, Programs and Services time
  • Supporting the invoicing and payment reconciliation of the Vice President, Programs and Services
  • File management of Vice President, Programs and Services Office
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring to the Team

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and
experience in quality improvement or research analysis

  • Extensive experience working with electronic documents in various formats using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e.,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with presentation and graphics software

  • Considerable experience in the areas of data identification, collection, analysis, and documentation
  • Advanced knowledge in working with databases to generate reports, and when required manual generation for

- reporting
  • Quality tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and or Project Management considered assets
  • Commitment and adherence to the values, goals and policies of Fred Victor
