About the team you are joining

What your day would be like

  • Provide high quality L3 support to SIS participants in collaboration with IATA Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor SIS' system performance, update reference data master tables, perform scheduled SRM activities and take corrective actions as per documented SOP's and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain compliance with all operational controls and SOP's.
  • Contact SIS participants for special cases which may include data quality issues, input file failures, late submission requests, promote the use to SIS, and any other appropriate matters.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed SIS operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Create, distribute, and publish SISrelated communications through internal and external channels.
  • Support the Operations and Onboarding Manager with client onboarding activities and updating internal and external SIS documentation.
We would love to hear from you if

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Highly numerate and detailoriented.

Although not essential, the following skills are desirable:

  • IATA's divisions, systems, and business processes.
  • Industry interline or supplier billing rules and standards.
  • Previous experience of system useracceptance testing (UAT)
  • Power BI.
  • XML standards.
  • SAP.
  • Any other languages than English.
