Bradford is looking for enthusiastic Office Coordinator / Front Desk / Secretary

Part time, permanent position
- must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday and weekend availability

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register patients d assign rooms, ensuring accurate and uptodate information
  • Answer phone calls, provide information about our services or direct them to the appropriate individual
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities to guests
  • Handle clients concerns or changes on the schedule with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of client's appointments and transactions
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using office computer systems for data entry and clerical tasks
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling clients information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures in a medical or dental office is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client's information
