HomeCare By Design is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Administrative Assistant is accountable for carrying out the day-to-day office duties required to support the team in providing exceptional service.


As the Administrative Assistant, you are a key member of the care team providing support to both clients and caregivers.

As a strong multi-tasker, you are responsible for reception, clerical, scheduling and basic accounting/payroll duties. You thrive in a team environment that is fast-paced and challenging, often working with competing priorities and constricting deadlines.

This critical role requires a certificate in an administration, accounting or health-related field of study coupled with relevant experience.


Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, problem solving and computer skills, as well as demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with your team are essential to your success.

On call work is required.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
