Essential Duties/Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department/area
- Providing administrative assistance with typing, filing, drafting memos, and communications
- Assisting the General Manager
- Answer multiline phone system and taking detailed messages
- Coordinate staff meetings for managers and their teams
- Be a brand ambassador
- Possess excellent written and communication skills
- Must be detailoriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Must have multitasking capabilities and technical prowess
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Personable demeanor on the telephone and inperson
- Have an unwavering dedication to customer service
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Order clothing
- Sending Interior and Exterior samples out
- Take excellent detailed messages
- All other duties as assigned

- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems
- Ability to work with office equipment (fax, computer, scanner, calculator, postage meter, etc.)

Preferred Education and Experience
- Vocational courses, college courses, or certification(s) in office administration
- Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
- Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
Physical Requirement
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 90% of the time
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to review office files, fax or scan documents, mail packages
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineries, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
- Must be able to communicate and converse with clients, employees and other offices over the phone and face to face
Work Environment
- The employee will be working within the office and would be exposed to normal heat and air conditioning.
