Duties include:


Data Management & Client Records:

create and maintain client records both academic and therapeutic, perform file reviews, manage data collection and ensure surveys are completed in a timely fashion.


Human Resources:
assist administratively in hiring processes; human resource file management, assist in staff training & orientation

Event Organization:
employee training events & staff functions


Qualifications:


Completion of college/vocational or technical training, 2+ years of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, client relationship management programs, Google Docs, and general office equipment.


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
